How India is like modern physics
First, India is like Relativity:
- Time is a completely unreliable concept. (time dilation)
- The distance between two points in a rickshaw is not fixed. (Lorentz contraction)
- There are no absolutes; everything depends on the situation/frame of reference. (simultaneity)
- The faster you try to make things happen, the energy input required approaches infinity. (inertia and momentum)
Second, India is like Quantum Mechanics:
- There are no definites, only maybes. (indeterminacy)
- Exact details will always remain a mystery. (uncertainty)
- Goals are not accomplished because certain people (particles) actually do specific things. Goals are accomplished by the combination of enough people each kinda doing something maybe (i.e., "looking into it"). (superposition)
- Nothing actually happens unless you go in there are ask if it's happening. (Schroedinger)
- Doing the exact same thing multiple times will almost never produce the same results twice. (decoherence)
And finally, India is most like modern physics because:
Nothing is intuitive.
